If you have noticed a trend of pricey units being sold in Singapore, this might be the plateau of that trend, for now.

According to EdgeProp, the single priciest unit in Singapore history might have just switched hands.

A Good Class Bungalow (GCB) at 33 Nassim Road was sold for S$230 million on May 10, 2019.

Here's a rundown of what S$230 million gets you, according to The Business Times.

The bungalow has an in-ground swimming pool and a full-sized tennis court.

Also it is absolutely massive -- 84,543 square feet to be exact. It is so huge that the entire plot can be redeveloped into five bungalows.

The property has been on sale since April 2013.

Back then, offers between S$250 to S$300 million were expected.

The total price might be far and away the highest absolute price paid for a property in Singapore.

The second priciest bungalow coincidentally can also be found at Nassim Road.

According to another BT article, a S$105.3 million transaction represented the highest price for GCBs before this.

The priciest property per square feet is speculated to actually be the bungalow along Cluny Road that was recently acquired by British billionaire James Dyson.
