Menya Kokoro will be opening a second outlet at 100 AM mall on July 29, 2019.

Japan's most popular Mazesoba chain opened its first Singapore outlet at Suntec City Mall late last year.

Three new dishes, including two types of mala ramen

In conjunction with the opening, they will launch three new dishes: Singapore's first-ever Furious Mala MazeSoba, Furious Mala Ramen Soup and Cold Yuzu Chashu Maze.

The Furious Mala MazeSoba (S$14.80/reg, S$16.80/large) and Furious Mala Ramen Soup (S$14.80) have three levels of spiciness each and consist of Szechuan peppers, dried chilli strings, chilli oil, al dente noodles, onions, spring onions, seaweed and an onsen egg:

The Tokyo Mega Maze Soba now comes with an additional pork chashu along with the usual ground saba fish, poached egg, nori, green onions, chives and chopped garlic.

The minced meat sauce for the dish also follows a secret recipe that is slow cooked for four hours using Japanese techniques.

Emma soft serve

If you'd like some dessert after your meal, popular Japanese soft serve brand 'Emma' will be available at the new outlet as well.
