Former actress Irin Gan said on Thursday, July 25, that her partner, Hawk Tan, had passed away.

You have been so strong and positive to the last min, second. Truly a fighter. I guess God has better plan for you, and you are in a much better place now. No stress, no pain, no suffering.

I'm glad to be there till the end. I Love You. You and our memories will be in my heart forever. Miss you and see you soon."

Gan did not reveal the details of Tan's passing.

According to his Facebook account, Tan was a regional director of sales at Furama Hotels.

Gan, who is in her 40s, is most well-known for her portrayal of Vicky Tay in the iconic drama, Growing Up.

Gan left showbiz in the noughties, and according to her Facebook account, is working as a regional marketing manager for a pharmaceutical company.
