Snaking queues

Since the inauguration of its first shop in Japan in May 2018, the brand has experienced soaring popularity and snaking queues in all five of its Japanese outlets:

Gravity-defying?

The brand claims to use only authentic Japanese ingredients of the highest quality such as premium Japanese milk to create its signature soft serves.

Perhaps this is one reason why their soft serve is so firm that one can hold it upside down without fear of it falling out:

Their charcoal cones are also imported from Japan.
