Crystal Jade has recently opened Crystal Jade GO, its first quick-service dining outlet in United Square.

With mains, dim sum, soups, and desserts, the menu of Cantonese dishes is relatively affordable with most items under S$10.

Here are some items to check out.

Signature Roast Bowls with choice of Homemade Sauces

Three roast bowls will be available:

1. Honey roasted BBQ pork bowl (S$7.80)
2. Braised superior soya sauce chicken bowl (S$7.80)
3. Roasted duck bowl (S$8.80)

Customers will also be able to choose between brown rice (+S$0.50), white rice, egg noodles or spinach noodles and a choice of three original sauces: Traditional soya sauce, mala Sauce or truffle soy sauce (+S$0.80).

Dim Sum

There's pork & shrimp wanton with hot & sour vinaigrette (S$5.80 for four pieces):

As well as traditional Hong Kong rice roll (S$4.80):

Two sauces are available: HK style seafood & sesame sauce and soy sauce.

Congee and rice dishes

There's also shredded chicken & duck congee (S$7.80), sliced garoupa fish congee (S$9.80, curry pork cutlet with egg fried rice (S$9.80), and silky scrambled egg with honey roasted BBQ pork rice (S$8.80).

Soups

Choose from homemade-style soups like lotus root pork rib soup with cuttlefish and peanut (S$5.80), or carrot and sweet corn pork rib soup (S$5.80).

Desserts

They even have waffle with ice cream (S$4.80) for dessert.

Three flavours of ice cream are available: Vanilla, yam, and mango.
