On July 7, 2019 at around 7am, Jewel Koh was trying to hail a cab around the Clark Quay area.

On her way to Liang Court, she was unexpectedly grabbed by a man out of nowhere.

This understandably freaked her out, and she shook him off.

Unbeknownst to her, he wasn't just trying to get her attention.

After she shook him off, the man continued following her, despite her insisting he stop.

He was also apparently touching himself as he followed her.

His actions got even more brazen as he followed her around.

This time, he took his pants off as well.

Koh told Mothership that the man started blocking her way.

"He only stop blocking me after I raised my voice on him. I ran away after."

Koh managed to escape from the man, and later filed a report with the police on this incident.

She made a police report later that night.

Her hope was that girls around the area would pay more attention to the surrounding, and take note of potential dangers they might face.
