On June 15, 2019, Keio Plaza Hotel Tama in Tokyo revealed a pair of new Sanrio themed rooms as part of their partnership with the famous cartoon brand.
Little Twin Stars and My Melody rooms
The first themed room has pastel Little Twin Stars wallpaper, a 2D fixture of Kiki and Lala on the wall, star shaped pillows and drawers plastered with images of the siblings:
As well as Kiki and Lala plushies, water bottles, toothbrushes and a tote bag:
The second room has My Melody themed forest wallpaper, a 2D fixture of Melody on the wall, floral cushions and Melody-themed bed linen:
In addition to My Melody plushies, waterbottles, toothbrushes and a tote bag:
Hello Kitty rooms
These My Melody and Little Twin Stars rooms come after the hotel first introduced Hello Kitty rooms in 2014:
Hugely popular with women and families with young children, the Hello Kitty rooms come with amenities like a Hello Kitty kettle and water bottle:
Themed refreshments like Hello Kitty cake, desserts and drinks are also served to guests at the lobby:

Rooms and rates
There are currently two My Melody and two Little Twin Stars rooms as well as four Hello Kitty rooms, with the cost of each room (including service charge and tax) being dependent on the number of guests staying there.
These are the rates per night:
- One person per room: 59,400 yen (S$746.28)
- Two people per room: 29,700 yen per person (S$373.14)
- Three people per room: 21,780 yen per person (S$273.64)
