Very often, fathers are willing to go the extra mile for their children.

Take for instance this father who wove a bag for his son:

Or this father who took the effort to build a 'mini-mart' with his daughter:

Adding on to this list is a father in Taiwan who apparently spent three nights queueing for a pair of Yeezys.

Yeezys is a line of sneakers designed by American celebrity Kanye West in collaboration with Adidas.

Queued for sneakers because son wanted them

According to Nextshark, the 44-year-old man queued overnight outside an Adidas outlet in Taichung, Taiwan, in order to purchase a pair of Yeezys for his son.

He was spotted outside the store on June 7, 2019, and had apparently been there for three nights in a row.

The sneakers in question was a pair of limited edition Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Black, which reportedly cost NT$8,800 (S$384).

Son had to go to school

Li stated that he doesn't earn much working as a delivery driver.

However, he was willing to spend money on the sneakers because he wanted to reward his son for doing well in school.

Li said his son is in Form 3 (the equivalent education level of a 14 to 15 year old in Singapore) and could not stand in line because he had to go to school.

The father, known only as Li, did not go home during that entire time and slept outside the store.
