Yishun is notorious for its cat abuse cases.

And it keeps happening.

Found at void deck

On May 27, Facebook page Yishun 326 Tabby Cat alerted the public to yet another likely case of abuse.

A black cat was found dead at the void deck of Block 430B, Yishun Avenue 11 on the same morning.

Sadly, its fur appeared to be shaved, and there were bloodstains on the walls and floors surrounding it.

The page is appealing for witnesses to private message them or report it to the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) or SPCA.

First time offenders of animal cruelty are liable to a fine of up to S$15,000, jail of up to 18 months, or both.
