Brie Larson (Carol Danvers/ Captain Marvel), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), and Gemma Chan (Minn-erva) are in Singapore on Feb. 14, 2019, together with directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck.
They are at the Captain Marvel Fan Event held at Sands Expo And Convention Centre, level B2, Hall F.
Larson and Jackson already had a head start gallivanting around Singapore a day before:

He Instastories showed her a day before the event making her way to the Marina Bay area and going out for some nom noms at Newton Food Centre, one of the locations featured in the Crazy Rich Asians movie.
Jackson also posted about his time in Singapore, but was limited to the event:
