On Feb. 2, one Zayl Chia Abdulla uploaded a video of a street performer performing dangerous acts with a baby in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

Man dangerously swings child around

In the video, a man can be seen swinging a baby around as part of a street performance.

At certain points in the video, the man can be seen holding the baby by its legs, as the child is swung upside down.

The entire performance, which included three other performers, also featured loud techno music and the playing of other instruments.

The swinging went on for at least one-and-a-half minutes.

Warning: Potentially disturbing images ahead.

Here are some screenshots of the man swinging the child around:

It is unclear who the child belongs to, or if the child could have been hurt from the performance.

Likely to be "begpackers"

Next to the performers, a sign with words such as "travelling", "around", "world" and "music" can be seen.

These people are likely to be 'begpackers', which is a derogatory label and a play on "backpackers".

Begpackers are assumed to go around the world, typically to less developed countries where cost of living is lower, and end up begging for money to fund their travels, even as many of them come from supposedly wealthier countries.
