Sports retailer Decathlon has opened a new outlet, Decathlon Singapore Lab, at Kallang.

Decathlon Singapore Lab is located at 230 Stadium Boulevard.
It will be Decathlon's largest Singapore outlet at 5,000 square metres.

And apart from just stocking sports goods, consumers can also expect to test out the products at the store.
According to a report by The Straits Times, this store will feature a hiking path with a gravel surface for the in-store testing of products, and an indoor patch of land with various surfaces to test shoes.
There will also be a robot that takes inventory and an in-store conveyor belt transporting products and managing online orders.
This outlet opens on Jan. 19 from 10am onwards, and will be open 24-hours.
Other Decathlon branches
Other than the new Kallang branch, Decathlon Singapore has three other outlets.
They are located at Bedok, City Square Mall, and Joo Koon.
The company also has a online store, and people can choose to collect their items at any Decathlon outlet after purchasing them online.
