Having trouble getting Fido to listen to you?

Renowned dog behaviourist Cesar Millan is now looking for dogs with behaviour issues to cast in the third season of Cesar's Recruit: Asia, a show that seeks to find the best dog trainers in Asia.

Here are the issues that will qualify your dog to be on the show:

  • Resource guarding (eg. food aggression, toys, people etc.)
  • Insecure dogs (eg. fear of objects, people, other dogs etc.)
  • Obsessive dogs (eg. fixated on specific items like toys or motorists)
  • Aggression towards other dogs or strangers

You will have to reside in Singapore, and your dog has to be free of any health issues.

Filming dates are February 8, 2019 – March 16, 2019 (tentatively) and the dog applicant must be available for 2-3 days during this time frame.

You can apply here.

The show is also currently looking for contestants.

A Singaporean, Ethan Loke, who is a former dog handler at the Singapore Police Force K9 unit, won the first season.

Been here in Singapore before

Millan is known for his award-winning show Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan that saw him go around America and other parts of the world to help families with dogs that had behavioural problems.

He has been to Singapore a couple of times before to record his shows, Cesar 911 and Cesar's Recruit: Asia, as well as to attend some promotional events.
