Japanese cafes -- specifically, Hokkaido-based brands -- are getting increasingly popular in Singapore:
And Baristart Coffee is joining the scene with their specialisation in Hokkaido dairy, both in food and beverage.

Coffees, desserts, and mains
Their coffees are made with Biei Jersey milk that comes from Brown Jersey cattle.
According to their website, there are only about 800 of such cows in Hokkaido, making up just one per cent of the entire cow population there.
Products that are made from this type of dairy are supposed to be creamier and richer than those made with regular milk.
