Readers of a certain vintage will most likely be familiar with the name Nicholas Tse -- Hong Kong singer, actor, and lately, food aficionado.

His latest collaboration in the food arena involves another mega player, McDonald's Hong Kong, resulting in a special menu inspired by comfort food from his childhood.

Here's a promotional video featuring Tse:

Called "My Taste of Hong Kong", Tse's menu features familiar flavours from traditional cha chaan teng (tea restaurants) and Hong Kong street foods.

Extensive six-item menu

So, what can you get besides a place mat with Tse's handsome face? A rather extensive six-item menu:

1. Bolognese & Fried Egg Angus Beef Burger
2. Fried Onion Crispy Pork Cutlet Burger
3. Siew Mei (Hong Kong style roast meat) -flavoured Shake Shake Fries
4. Typhoon Shelter Crab-flavoured Shake Shake Fries
5. Cookie & Milk Tea McFlurry ice cream
6. Tropical Orange Punch

All items (except the pork cutlet burger and the crab-flavoured Shake Shake Fries) have been released.

The remaining two items will be released in the coming weeks, according to 8 Days.
