A video of a teacher in Thailand engaging in an elaborate series of handshakes has gone viral.

In the three weeks since it’s uploaded on Facebook, it has garnered more than 10,000 shares and one million views.

The post was uploaded on Thai News channel, Channel 8.

Here's the video in case you can't see it.

The teacher appears to go through a special handshake for each of her student, followed by a unique ending to the shake.

For example, for one student she will end off with a shake.

Or a dab.

Or she will let her students decide the ending.

Here are some of the handshakes.

The video shows her counting with her students as she engages in the handshake, in Thai, English, and even Chinese.

They count to 13 before greeting each other in these three languages.

Even when the student might not get it straight away, the teacher patiently starts over till they get it right.

Popular

Many of the commenters commended the teacher for her actions.

With one even claiming he could have been an astronaut had he had a teacher like that during Primary School:

She's apparently popular with children as well.

With some even fighting over their place in the queue.

Keep your eye on the child with the cast.

Oh no.
