For the uninitiated, siam diu, according to Wiktionary, it is a Thai-themed nightclub or disco at which people dance to music and pay a hostess to talk to or drink with them by buying her a flower garland.
Basically this:
A defining characteristic of that scene is that, well, it's basically a disco.
But now, like most establishments, some appear to have evolved it into an open air concept.

Facebook user Debbie Ong uploaded a post with two videos of what appears to be different singers, flanked by two more girls carrying flower garlands.

The coffee shop seems to be located at Woodlands.
