Local Mandopop singer Stefanie Sun gave birth to a baby girl on July 25, 2018 at Thomson Medical Centre.
She posted a photo of herself carrying her newborn child on Instagram and assured her fans that mother and daughter are fine and in good health.
Here's what she wrote:

Sun married Dutch-Indonesian businessman Nadim van der Ros in 2011 and have a son who was born in 2012.
The singer discovered her second pregnancy in late 2017 while on a publicity tour for her new album A Dancing Van Gogh, and announced it after the first trimester in January 2018.
Although Sun had been tight lipped about intimate details about her newborn such as its gender and name throughout the pregnancy, the singer has offered glimpses of her preparation for the baby via photos on Instagram.
