If sweet and salty (ahem, McGriddles) is an award-winning combination for you, KFC's latest item of chocolate hazelnut fries should really get you going:
From online photos, it looks exactly like its name: fries with some chocolate hazelnut sauce drizzled on:

We can only hope they are more generous with the sauce than McDonald's.
The fries will cost S$4.20 a la carte, or you could have it as a meal add-on for S$2.90.
However, note that the item is only available at the following outlets, on a while stocks last basis:
- Causeway Point
- Lot 1 Shopper's Mall
- Compass One
- Jurong Point
- Kallang Stadium
- Nex
- Sun Plaza
- Tampines CPF
- Tampines Hub
- Waterway Point
Additionally, the fast food chain will also be selling chocolate hazelnut egg tarts at S$1.50 each.

This is not the first time chocolate fries has appeared on a fast food chain's menu — McDonald's Japan actually had it back in 2016:
The chocolate items from KFC are launched in conjunction with the salted egg Goldspice chicken, in celebration of the upcoming National Day:
The limited time period menu will be available from now till August 9.
