Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has retweeted United States President Donald Trump:
The meeting between US President @realDonaldTrump & N.Korea leader Kim Jong Un is a significant step on the path to peace. May it lead to a successful outcome. – LHL https://t.co/JksYv793oY

In case you cannot see the tweet:
This was after Trump announced over Twitter on May 10 at 10.37pm that his meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will take place in Singapore on June 12, 2018.
PM Lee's retweet at 8.27am on May 11 came almost 10 hours after Trump's tweet.
PM Lee's retweet consisted of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs statement, which said that Singapore is pleased to host the two leaders.
Reactions
The three public Twitter reactions to PM Lee's retweet within the first hour fully encapsulate the range of emotions of bystanders and citizens of the world, with or without vested interest in this history-making, high-level US-North Korea summit.

Singapore's response
Singapore's conduct in this whole affair so far has been typical of our techno-bureaucratic government.
There was little fanfare on our part and the only comment previously by PM Lee was on April 28, speaking at a press conference at the close of the 32nd ASEAN Summit.
PM Lee said at that time Singapore had no formal invitations or requests from any of the parties to host the summit: “It has to be something agreed by both North Korea as well as the United States. I doubt very much they have come to any landing yet.”
However, the prepared MFA statement released shortly after Trump's Twitter announcement and immediate mainstream media coverage suggests there was coordination behind the scenes.
