According to a press release on Thursday (Feb. 8), the national carrier will be the world's first airline to operate the 787-10 fleet.

It has ordered 49 Boeing 787-10s, with the first aircraft arriving from Boeing's South Carolina production facility in March this year.

Before the fleet starts its regular services to Osaka, they will be operated on selected Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur flights for crew training purposes.
