An e-scooter rider who was caught illegally travelling on the road tried to make a dash for it from enforcement officers by riding away on the mobility device (keep an eye on the right side of the gif):

It is not clear when this happened, but the incident occurred at Pasir Ris Farmway 3, and the video was uploaded to a public Facebook group called SG Road Vigilante on the evening of Thursday, Dec. 28.

Those dudes in fluorescent green tops are Active Mobility Enforcement officers, who belong to a branch of the Land Transport Authority started last year to encourage safe sharing of paths as well as to deter reckless behaviour on bicycles and personal mobility devices (PMDs).
