As the most-played track of all time on YouTube (and on e-scooters), the Latin tune has chalked up more than four billion views.

And according to The Straits Times, Fonsi will be launching a new version with Singaporean singer JJ Lin, who is known for his work in the Mando-pop scene.
"I sang a little bit in Mandarin. The song has become a worldwide phenomenon and singing it in Mandarin is an honour," said Fonsi.
