Set in the compounds of Emily Hill's oldest building, this event promises to be far from the run-of-the-mill Halloween events in the city - both literally and figuratively.

The old, eerie colonial house within the sleepy Selegie area will be the main backdrop of the event, but don't expect hanging pontianaks and the usual spooky suspects.

Gather your family and friends for the second edition of NParks Parks Festival – Parks for Everyone.

It's an island-wide festival, so you can hang out at any of the five parks - Admiralty Park, Jurong Central Park, Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, Esplanade Park or Pasir Ris Park.
