Singaporean singer-songwriter, JJ Lin, attended Apple's first-ever keynote event on Sept. 12, 2017, at the new Steve Jobs Theatre at Apple Park, Cupertino.

In a Facebook post on Sept. 13, Lin posted a live video of him attending the event.

Invited to the Apple event

Lin was invited to the event where he personally met Apple CEO Tim Cook and Jony Ive, who is the Chief Design Officer of Apple.

Lin could be heard saying to Cook he was "really inspired" by the tech giant.

New product ambassador?

The Singaporean singer was spotted in the audience during the product presentation in the Steve Jobs Auditorium.

This led to speculation that Lin will be the new Apple product-toting celebrity.

Previously, Taiwanese actor Jimmy Lin used to be seen using Apple iPhones before the official launch.

And this latest meet-up between Lin and Cook is not new.

In May last year, JJ Lin posted an update of him jamming with Tim Cook.

JJ Lin posted: "Jamming my song 'The Key' with a new friend Tim Cook on the new GarageBand!"
