Flame Cafe is a cafe near Tai Seng MRT station that offers all-day breakfast, burgers, pasta and other Western mains.

Their specialty, however, is a four-tier barbecue steamboat (similar to Mookata) which allows you to grill, steam, or boil a variety of seafood and meat (and vegetables, if you're so inclined) — all at the same time.

For just $19.90, the Deluxe Buffet lets you binge on over 70 items including sliced beef and lamb, tiger prawns, marinated meat, and mussels. There's also free flow ice cream and Thai iced tea, among other drinks.

Here's how the "pagoda" works: the top tier is a steamer, the second is filled with cheese, the third tier is a BBQ hotplate, and the fourth, your soup bases (only chicken soup for the deluxe buffet — mala, tom yum, herbal tonic, and tomato bases are available at additional cost).
