Perpetual presidential hopeful Tan Cheng Bock will be filing an appeal on Wednesday, July 12, 2017.
This is according to Today, after receiving word from Tan's spokesperson.
Tan also said a Facebook post regarding his decision to appeal will be put up soon.
Justice Quentin Loh’s decision on Friday, July 7, means the legitimacy of the upcoming Malay-only Presidential Election (PE) has been upheld where only Malay candidates are eligible to stand.

Tan said on the same day after his case was dismissed that he would be mulling it over the weekend if he would appeal the decision.
And if he does file an appeal and gets turned down again, he would have exhausted all avenues to change the course of the upcoming presidential election.
The PE is due in September 2017.
Tan took to the High Court to question the timing of changes to the elected presidency, effectively taking on the Singapore government.
His hearing was the result of a court challenge he filed in early May.
So far, Tan has said he was disappointed with a lot of things.
These include the court's decision to dismiss his legal challenge, as well as with the Attorney-General hitting him below the belt with unwarranted comments suggesting he was "selfish", and the mainstream media's coverage of his case, which highlighted the racial element of his challenge against the upcoming Presidential Election being a reserved one for Malay candidates only.
