Inter Milan beat Chelsea 2-1 to be crowned champions of the 2017 International Champions Cup Singapore on Saturday, July 29.

A penalty goal from Stevan Jovetic at the end of the first half and a goal from Ivan Perisic in the second half secured Inter’s comfortable lead, before a late Geoffrey Kondogbia own goal rallied Chelsea to fight back.

Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi thought he had scored the equaliser four minutes before the end, but the effort was ruled out by the offside flag.

The match was attended by 32,547 fans at the Sports Hub.
