A Final Destination freak road accident occurred this morning, June 1, along West Coast Highway at about 7.50am.

A loose tyre came off a Malaysia-registered truck, became a runaway, cut across the road's lanes and smashed into a car in the opposite direction.

This was how it happened on the road from another perspective behind the truck:

Sometimes movies are like real life.

The driver, whose car collided head-on with the tyre, suffered a minor injury to his right ear and is currently under observation.
