Update, June 15, 2017, 5.32pm: We have removed Lee Hsien Yang's latest Facebook post that was previously embedded in this article as the propagation of the information found in it could be a violation of the Official Secrets Act. The post can still be found on his Facebook page.

Lee Hsien Yang has dropped another Facebook post.

In it, he contrasts the public and private positions allegedly taken by his brother, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, with regards to the 38 Oxley Road house.

Reading the public and allegedly private positions, the main takeaway is:

- The public position of PM Lee is well-known and has been documented.

- What is less certain is the characterisation by Lee Hsien Yang of PM Lee's private position.

- Because how would Lee Hsien Yang come to know of PM Lee's private position if it was made in private?

- Is there a contravening of the Official Secrets Act by making these private positions known?

- Or is there a leak?

The Lee brothers are apparently not on speaking terms and have been communicating via their lawyers.

This latest post is by far the severest criticism of PM Lee in the past two days.

It has been shared by Lee Wei Ling and Lee Hsien Yang's son, Li Shengwu, again.

We will update this post if and when there is a response.
