Cats and mice are seen as perennial enemies.
That relationship has been cemented by eons of general media reiteration.
It would take a place that is so far removed from societal norms, so utterly devoid of rules, that the aforementioned relationship is turned upside down.
Enter Yishun.

Some have pointed out that the mouse might have been too terrified to move in case the cat started chasing it.
