If you're trudging through the drudgery of post-Chinese New Year festivities and bemoaning certain bad dietary decisions, let Snakey cheer you up and put you right back in the mood.

According to his bio, Snakey (yup) is a four-year-old Ball Python who is as friendly as a snake can be and enjoys long naps as well as relaxing in the dark.

His photos, however, also show that he enjoys wearing hats for the occasion. Since it's technically still Chinese New Year, here's Snakey in a rooster hat, looking all kinds of winsome and charming:
