This guy probably has a sense of entitlement that matches his Certificate of Entitlement.

A video posted to Beh Chia Lor by a 'Winson Lim' came with the accompanying statement:

"I was traveling along Woodlands Ave 9 today at about 6.11pm and came across this LTA Enforcer, riding the bike with the No. Plate FBD9102K, hogging the middle of the road and refused to gave way eventhough i alert him twice. The LTA or the SPF owe me an explanation on this matter."

The problem was, Lim could have easily overtaken the LTA motorcycle by going on the right lane. But he chose not to. Instead he sounded his horn three times expecting the motorcyclist to move out of the way for him. This all happened as the motorcycle approached a red light.

Naturally, netizens were quick point out the error of Lim's ways with some accusing him of tailgating the motorcyclist:
