In a bid to perhaps die a tragic death and come back as a ghost to haunt the people of Singapore forevermore, a woman was seen sitting on the roof of a moving car at 3.20am on Monday, Jan. 16.
Dashboard camera footage shows a car moving off from a traffic junction at Eu Tong Sen Road with a woman in white leaning back on her hands on top of it.

The footage was provided by a taxi driver.
Under the Road Traffic Act, motorists convicted of dangerous driving may be fined up to S$3,000 and jailed for up to a year.
Repeat offenders may be fined up to S$5,000 and jailed for up to two years.
