The civic-minded biker caught on camera straightening out traffic barricades during a heavy downpour along Shenton Way outside OUE Downtown on Monday morning, Jan. 23, has been identified.

A crowdsource effort was launched to identify the biker, who looked kind of reluctant to receive a free raincoat for her efforts:
