The best endorsements are for free.

Circles.Life is a digital telecommunications operator launched in Singapore in May 2016.

As a private company, it signed an agreement with M1 that allows it to tap on the existing telco's mobile network.

This magic touch allows the provision of voice, messaging and data services to customers, effectively becoming the first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Singapore to offer a full service mobile network experience.

Circles.Life is quite unlike traditional telcos, as its post-paid mobile services provide customers with the option of managing their own mobile plans through a mobile app, CirclesCare.

And with all their newfangled ways of doing things as a relatively new disruptive start-up, they have since received the best compliment yet, courtesy of radio personality, Rosalyn Lee:

In the post above, Lee explained why she is permanently divorcing from Singtel and why she is completely sold on Circles.Life.

According to her, she is paying S$64 for 12GB of data: 10GB plan with free 2GB bonus

Previously, she was offered 12GB data plan for S$95 from Singtel -- despite being the a loyal customer for the longest time.

These are the Circles.Life benefits she listed:

- the base plan comes with 4GB of data

- an additional permanent free bonus 2GB when you port your old number and download their app

- free WhatsApp data outside of the main data bundle

- 100 minutes talk time

- free caller ID

- free 4G coverage

- for S$28 a month

- no contract

- customisable monthly data via the app

- extra mobile data charged at S$6 per 1GB

- free 500MB of mobile data for every six months with Circles.Life

As mentioned previously, more competition is always a good thing as consumers will stand to benefit after the longest time of stagnation in the oligopolistic telco industry.
