Forget Madame Tussauds, these wax figures from China are the best things ever

Best thing ever.

You got to love China's ingenuity and elastic relationship with intellectual property.

From imitation luxury goods, electronic products, fast food chains, and even entire imitation Apple stores, it seems the sky's the limit for them.

The next frontier seems to be wax figures. And boy are they entertaining to behold.

This first set is from a wax museum in Sichuan. Celebrities whose likeness were used here were outraged. Not sure if the outrage was due to the unauthorised use or the sheer ugliness of the figures (Source: Trending in China).

Translation: Andy Lau's back view looks so painful. It looks like he hasn't gotten used to life with one kidney.
