Holy Moses smell the roses: Looks like the rumours that Coldplay will perform in Singapore in 2017 are true.

Coldplay has put up a teaser two-second video showing a series of countries in quick succession and the year 2017, hinting that they are definitely, most likely coming to Asia.

The five countries that appeared in the split-second video are: Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan and the Philippines.

The rumour a few weeks ago was that Coldplay will be coming to Singapore in the first quarter of 2017, bringing with them their sold-out A Head Full Of Dreams Tour to a few Asian countries.

The rumour is that they are set to play at the Sports Hub, fresh from playing the Super Bowl and other major cities worldwide.

Coldplay was last in Singapore in 2009 for their Viva La Vida Tour.

The ticketing page for Coldplay had apparently already been put up by Sports Hub, but the page is locked out for now.
