You might have seen our story about London-based Facebook user Avril Leary who posted status updates looking for one 'John Cheah', whose camera she found there.
Thankfully, seeing how small Singapore is and how interconnected we are on social media, it wasn't too hard for people to start spreading the word around, and start contacting and tagging friends.
And sure enough, John Cheah was found, within precisely a week.
Also, as it turns out, his name isn't John:
