Oh, the feels.

Paralympian Yip Pin Xiu demolished two world records on Sept. 10, and clinched a gold for Singapore.

Today, it was her teammate's turn to boost up the medal tally.

Theresa Goh secured the bronze medal at the 100m breaststroke.

What made the moment even more memorable was the fact that this was Goh's first medal in 4 tries.

We could try to express how monumental this must be for the national swimmer, but her teammate has done a better tribute than anyone else could have managed.

Here is her instagram post:

The world doesn't need to see my ugly crying face (yours is really well hidden). But the world needs to know how proud I am of you. You finally did it. You freaking did it. You are now a Paralympic medalist after 17 years of training and perseverance. Nobody knows our journey like us and I am so incredibly proud of you. ❤️ #oneteamsg #rioparalympics #rio2016 #tearsofjoy #bothsobbing PC: Hwee Koon

Absolutely incredible, both of them.
