Unfair clause on unlimited changes in DSTA's procurement documents removed

That changed quickly.

The Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) has removed its unfair clause for unlimited changes in its Invitation-to-Quote (ITQ) documents.

On Apr. 1, Mothership.sg highlighted that DSTA had included the following lines in its procurement documents for the design, production, and printing of the SAF's Career Transition (CT) Magazine.

It seems that the agency has removed the original ITQ listing and re-launched it under a new listing with revised documents on the Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) portal.

In the updated documents, paragraphs 7 and 8 under ANNEX B have been amended with the clause for unlimited changes removed:
