Uberpool is a fine product in theory.

You share a "cab" space with other passengers who are going to the general vicinity.

Here is the exact definition.

The drivers however are in a weird position.

They usually pick up passengers if they are going along the same area.

As such, many see it as a convenient way to earn some cash while not disrupting your day too much.

The problem that might arise, appears obvious.

If no one seems to acknowledge that they are the service provider, what happens when someone treats a driver, as a service provider, when the driver does not see himself as such.

Twitter user Noodle, uploaded this video showing her fellow Uberpool passenger, and the driver having an intense shouting match, after falling into just this trap.
