If you didn't manage to get the Artbox experience you wanted (or wisely chose not to squeeze with the massive crowds), the Thai Festival 2017 will be in town from May 4 to 7 at the Royal Thai Embassy to hopefully satisfy your craving for all things Thai.
You can expect food, fashion, health and beauty, decorations, and even cultural performances like cooking shows and Muay Thai.
In anticipation of this year's festival, here are some pictures from last year:

Popular food items include mango sticky rice, grilled pork, Thai-style fried chicken wings, pad thai, and of course, Thai iced milk tea, just to name a few. According to last year's event-goers, snacks usually cost around $5.
As for shopping, you can look forward to clothes, accessories, souvenirs and hand-crafted jewellery.
