Ikea S'pore April Fools' Day prank: Tablet playground for kids to rile parents

Egalitarian Swedish furniture giant Ikea is all clever and at it again.

For this year's April 1 tradition, they are utilising the subtle art of reverse psychology by calling attention to the unsavoury practice of simply letting children run amok with touchscreen handheld devices.

How? Ikea Singapore has declared they are converting their beloved playground in their furniture shops into a tablet heaven catering to lobotomised little ones.

Some of the parents who fall into the honest-to-goodness category who are not in on it, are genuinely concerned as they expressed their sentiments without fail in the comments section of the post.
