Not all of us are lucky enough to work in companies like Google or Facebook, where creatively designed rooms with bean bags are aplenty.

So, if you are desperately in need of a space to take the "bored" out of the boardroom meeting once in a while, this Huone events hotel might be the answer.

Huone is opened by an award-winning Finnish establishment, which launched its first Asia Pacific outlet in Singapore in February 2017.

Located in a shophouse in Clarke Quay, the 11 boutique meeting rooms in Huone comes in different sizes and themes to accommodate between 15 and 150 people. Prices start from a few hundred dollars for half a day.

Here are some of the rooms that caught our attention.

Igloo:

One of my favourite function room at @huonesingapore ! The lights can be programmed to imitate the Northern Lights atmosphere too. Ain't it amazing? Meetings will never grow boring here (perhaps it'll be too cosy & we may fall asleep heh)

The room is even set at a temperature of 18°C to 20°C so visitors can experience the cold without freezing to death.

All the rooms come with the usual meeting room essentials -- Wifi, AV equipment, and writing materials.
