For the uninitiated, Yusheng is a Teochew/Cantonese style raw fish salad.
It is now considered a staple among the Chinese community to usher in the new year.
This is how your average Yusheng looks like.
After placing all the ingredients, everyone at the table will proceed to start tossing up the Yusheng.
