Just as the government is encouraging us to get off our asses more, these Japanese grandmas are showing us just how much more genki (energetic) they are with these snazzy dance moves to 24K Magic by Bruno Mars.

The video was uploaded by Wow Channel, a Japanese channel on YouTube in November 2016, and features three 60-plus-year-old grandmas grooving to 24K Magic. Check out these gifs.

Busting out their dance moves in their kimonos.

Here they are, decked in gangsta threads, doing the worm better than you would.

The lead grandma dancer is Tori.

According to her dancing bio, she has been busting these moves for over 10 years.
