More than a decade

And it shouldn't come as a surprise that the younger folks might not completely grasp what that contraption is.

The EZ-link card that we are familiar with today was first introduced in a trial, back in 2000.

Almost 17 years ago.

A complete switch-over from the previous means of ticketing was implemented in Dec. 1 2002.
