To most hiring managers, they are looking for that one candidate whose resume has it all: a wealth of experience, great academic credentials, young and raring to go.

Three of such managers were given a few anonymous resumes to review in the video, and this was what they said:

lack-of-experience

"I think his biggest weakness is lack of experience. HR won't give a pass."

we-dont-like-to-hire

"His education background is not strong enough. Because he's only a middle school graduate."

"People like this, we don't like to hire them."

"She asked too high of a salary, she just graduated."

The plot twist

However, the plot twist came when the managers found out that the resumes they were appraising belonged not only to known figures, but also individuals they knew - intimately.
