Update, Dec. 15, 2016: Details of the car license plate have been removed.

Here is video evidence showing how rich people maintain their wealth: By avoiding paying S$5 parking fees.

According to a police report filed, the incident took place at The Cathay Cineleisure Orchard on Nov. 8 at about 7.10pm.

This is what the police report said:

I am the Operation Executive of The Cathay Cineleisure Orchard located at 8 Grange Road.

On 9/11/2016 at about 11am, when I reported for work, I was told by my staff that there is a case of tailgating and exiting without making car-park fee on 8/11/2016 at about 1911hrs as such. I went to view the CCTV.

CCTV revealed that at 1809hrs, a Black Audi bearing car plate registration number SXXXXX, entered (the) building and at 1911hrs, it tailaged another vehicle bearing registration number JXXXXXX and exited (the) building without paying for the car-park fee. The fee was about S$5/-.

I am lodging this report as informed by my higher management as this is not the first time that such an incident has happened.
